Electronic products contain materials which can be harmful to people and the environment. Improper disposal of them would affect the image of the company while the storage of outdated products may increase the operation cost.
Services
Li Tong Group provides recycling services that help customers offset their disposal costs. Li Tong Group is appointed by the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) and WEEE Recycling Association to be the contractor responsible for computer recycling programme. Over the last few years, we have recycled several millions of
computers and electronic components. We aim to reduce the impacts of electronic products on the environment, lessen the burden of the landfills, and to provide a convenient and environmental-friendly solution to our clients to dispose of the end-to-end products.
Li Tong Group provides different types of recycling solutions to satisfy our clients. Products which we process and recycle include EOL products, PCB/ PCBA, parts and components. The procedure of recycling is as follows:

Security system
Li Tong Group has a sophisticated security system. During the recycling process, data will be permanently destroyed and that storage device cannot be re-used to ensure inadvertent disclosure for information does not occur. Besides, we also remove components with Customer’s Intellectual Properties to safeguard our customers’ interests.
Advanced Technology
High technology and machineries are used during the recycling process. For example, we have introduced Hamos PCB Recycling Plants, IC Shredder and UNTHA Shredding and Sorting Plants, CRT Cutting Machine (for future use). It is expected to help in process the increasingly serious electronics wastes problems in Hong Kong, by using high technology and machineries. |
