Li Tong Group management at all levels is responsible for maintaining Occupational Health & Safety at work, will treat this as a matter of the highest priority, and ensure to maintain and implement a full set of Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety management system, and commitment to:
| (a) | recognize Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety at work as an integral part of its business performance; |
| (b) | achieve a high level of Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety performance, in compliance with legal requirements as the minimum; |
| (c) | Our goal is to achieve zero fatal accident. We believe these can be achieved through systematic management of our Occupational Health & Safety Programme. |
| (d) | provide adequate and appropriate resources to implement the policy; |
| (e) | make the management of Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety one of the prime responsibilities of managers at all levels, from the most senior executives down to the front line supervisory staff; |
| (f) | ensure the policy is communication, understanding, implementation and maintenance at all levels in the organization; |
| (g) | consult and involve employees so as to secure their commitment to the policy and its implementation; |
| (h) | keep the policy and the management system under periodic review and audit/review compliance with policy; |
| (i) | ensure that employees at all levels have received appropriate training and are competent to carry out their duties and responsibilities; |
| (j) | enhance customer satisfaction; |
| (k) | manage used and end-of-life electronics equipment, components, and materials, with respect to both on-site activities and the selection of downstream vendors, based on a hierarchy of Reuse, Materials Recovery, and Energy Recovery or Disposal management strategies; |
| (l) | prevent pollution, reduce waste, protect resources, prevent incident and accident; and |
| (m) | continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety management system. |
